Billing Information and Practices

Thank you for your business and for trusting Mustang Water with your water service. As a valued customer, we want to ensure you have clear and accurate information about our billing practices.  Below are a few key details to help you better understand your billing statement.

Billing statements are issued at the beginning of each month and are due on the 15th. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a late payment penalty within two to four business days.

Customers who have questions about their statement or need assistance should contact Customer Service at 940-440-9561 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
